ZEN began as a Japanese ramen restaurant with the mission of becoming recognizable, serving high-quality food made from the freshest ingredients, and providing guests with an enjoyable dining experience.

Our ramen has a rich broth that has been simmered for at least 12 hours with high-quality pork bone. This cooking method releases bone marrow into the broth, giving it a creamy appearance and gelatinous characteristic, as well as drawing out the flavors of each ingredient. Every day, fresh noodles and a variety of toppings are prepared with care.
